Project: Launched and ran an artisanal baking business

Role: Owner, baker, copywriter

With no experience beyond being a foodie, I wrote a formal business plan, rented space in a professional kitchen, and launched a baking business based on an old family recipe. I wrote all the marketing collateral, including the part of a brochure shown here; baked; invented new recipes; and handled all sales, which included sales in a San Francisco store.

My product was favorably reviewed in the SF Weekly and mentioned in “Bubbe Cuisine Goes Innovative in Bay Area” in the Forward.
